Why do we talk about AI responses instead of conversations?
Because it's a clearer and more transparent way to measure the capacity included in each plan. We also maintain an approximate reference of average conversations to make it easy to estimate expected usage. An average conversation equals approximately 5 AI responses.
What happens if I exceed my response limit?
Your agent keeps working. Additional responses are charged at the overage rate for your plan. You can monitor your usage in real time from the dashboard.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change applies immediately and is prorated on your next invoice.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The setup is a conversation where you tell our assistant about your business. It creates your agent automatically. For the chat on your website, you just copy and paste a link.
What does 'Bring your own AI key' mean?
On the Business plan you can use your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key, which gives you full control over the model and costs. Today our team sets it up with you โ it is not self-serve yet. On other plans, we handle everything for you.
